  Purchased an Eagle from Rob, the proprietor of Biketricity in August 2014. Rob let me take an Eagle for a trial ride before purchasing and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I loved the bike and so I purchased it. Rob kept me up to date as to progress regarding delivery and when I went to pick it up, it was all built, tested and working like a dream. Had no issues with the bike at all and Rob did the 2 month and 6 month services on the bike. He is always very accommodating, friendly and listens to your needs and concerns. I had a rear wheel puncture a few weeks ago and took the bike to Halfords to get it fixed. Never again as they totally messed it up, they repaired the puncture but were not able to get the back wheel on properly. I phoned Rob whilst I was in Halfords and despite it being early evening and out of hours he answered and was able to offer me some reassurance and said it would be probably best if Halfords left it as it was and that the bike be returned to Rob for him to look at a rectify. Good idea as he certainly knows what he’s doing when it comes to these bikes. I took the bike back to him and it’s now just like new again and rides like a dream. Rob’s a real gent, he really cares about his customers, always puts them first and is a man who you can trust and rely on. I’d have no hesitation about buying anything else from him as he’s the type of businessman who would put things right if they went wrong, not try and fob you off or direct responsibility elsewhere. Thanks Rob for all your help, you’re a star.
